American Redstart in the trees

I've been trying to capture a nice shot of an American Redstart for a few years now. Every Spring I spend a lot of time on the trails in Cavendish National Park by Clarkes Pond as it is home to all sorts of birds, particularly Warblers. Thanks to my Merlin App was able to identify that an American Redstart was in my vicinity. These fellows usually don't stick out in the open for very long. This fellow was jumping from brach to branch singing out. I set my focus area to the upper right hand corner of the screen, so I wouldn't have to worry about reframing my shot. I followed him into the trees and as he landed on a branch I was able to snap off a couple of quick frames capturing this shot. There was a few leaves in the foreground, slightly obscuring the bird, but his head was out in the open allowing for this nice in focus, kinda out of focus shot. The dark plumage of the American Redstart contrasted against the green foliage really allows the Redstart to stand out, making for what I think is a simple, yet pleasing picture.
